3.ORDERS
3.1. Personal Account & Ordering
It is not necessary to create a personal account to place an order in our online store.
Simply proceed to the checkout, and in step 1, select “Checkout as Guest” to make your purchases without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you have the option to save personal details and shipping addresses so you don’t have to enter them for each order. You will also be able to use the Wish List.
3.2. Order Status
If you are a registered customer, to view the status of your order, visit the “My Account” page and then select “Order History”. From there, choose your current order to view its progress.
Whether you are registered or not, you will receive email notifications whenever the status of your order changes.
3.3. Order Cancellation
Please contact us at info@contecafe.gr within 24 hours of placing your order to check if cancellation is possible and to proceed with the cancellation process.
3.4. Wishlist
The Wishlist is a service that allows you to add products you intend to purchase in the future or as gifts. Products added to the Wishlist can be moved to the Shopping Cart whenever you wish. To add a product to your Wishlist, click “Add to Wishlist” represented by the heart symbol.
4.Payment Methods
In our online store, you can pay using the following payment methods.

You have the option to pay for your order using credit, debit, and prepaid cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
5.Shipping
5.1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for all orders are €4 for Attica, and €6 for the rest of Greece.
5.2. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped within 5-7 days. Orders containing personalized items may take 7-9 days for processing.
Processing, shipping, and delivery of orders do not occur on weekends or official holidays. During periods of high commercial activity, processing times for orders may be longer.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you via phone or leave a note with the company’s contact details so you can arrange for a more convenient delivery time.
Finally, if your order is intended as a gift, you can specify a different shipping address during checkout.
6.Product Unavailability
Conte Cafe Coffee Roasting Company makes every effort to keep the website updated regarding the availability of products. However, there is a possibility that certain products may be out of stock during specific periods. In the event that a product is unavailable, you will be promptly informed about the status of your order. You will have the option to either wait for the product to become available again, replace it with another available product, or request a refund for the amount paid for that product (if payment has already been processed). Refunds can be issued either to a bank account you specify or back to your card if payment was made by card.
7.Returns
7.1. Return Conditions
Returns are possible provided the following conditions are met:
- The customer has notified us via email regarding the return within 10 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are covered by the customer.
- Each product is in the condition it was received, unused, not stained, or in any other condition besides its original state, and the packaging has not been destroyed.
- Each product for return is properly packaged for shipment with a courier of your choice.
- Products are returned with the receipt or invoice.
Please also note:
- Upon delivery, please inspect products for visible packaging defects.
- Personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Returned items can be exchanged for another product, size, or color, or refunded.
- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
- In cases of repeated returns or misuse of the return policy, Conte Cafe Coffee Roasting Company reserves the right to refuse the return even if other terms and conditions are met.
- No refunds are given for gift items. Seasonal and limited edition items can only be exchanged for similar seasonal and limited edition items. Exchanges for discounted or promotional items are processed at the discounted or promotional price, and must be done before the promotion period ends.
- No refunds are issued for seasonal items or promotional items.

8.2. Refund Process
Once we receive the products you have returned, the refund process will begin. The method of refund depends on the payment method you originally used:
- If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded by cancelling the charge to your credit card.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be deposited into the bank account you specify.
9.Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.) that prevent us from delivering the products within the expected timeframe, we will inform you via email or phone. You can then choose whether to proceed with your order. Conte Cafe Coffee Roasting Company is not liable for events beyond our control.
